The absolute worst purchase I ever completed online and they wont take return of the item. I ordered aluminum pedals that had Genesis (the type of car I have) on them...they sent me some that say "LF Sport" and had the nerve to say there may be variations when I complained! I only purchased them because they said Genesis. Oh and there were no bolts to secure the pedal covers...please if you have done business with them and it was bad dispute them on paypal...hurt their pockets the way they have done their customers.

Customer service isn't great at all. Ordered an item and a month later still not even shipped, but what's worse is they don't tell you anything, a status or notice would be nice. I emailed them to see what was happening and I got a reply of "Calm down, stop bugging." How rude and unprofessional. Never again

Rude, unethical, and ships sub-par products at inflated prices.

Review: With products ordered online only one of two items were received although ordered items were placed at the same time. The item which was received has visible damage - chipping paint. Upon inquiry of missing items extremely poor customer service was provided with insults threats ultimatums and invalid excuses for missing item. When asking for a manager or supervisor I was informed that there was no one on charge and there was nothing to discuss with me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the damaged item as well as the second item to arrive timely.

Review: We placed an order on March [redacted], 2015, for a 2013-2014 SCion FRS Duraflex TD3000 Body KIt 4 Piece for $498.00. Transaction ID [redacted]. I had this item shipped to my parent-in-laws house at [redacted]. This item came damaged. When we contacted the company, they advised us that the damage on the items were normal, and that the auto body handling the work should be able to fix the item. We have since attempted to reach the company to advise we have sent $1800 on labor trying to get this body kit to fit, and it simply is not salvageable. We have been contacting the company for a replacement, as they told us if we had issues to get back to them. We have since had no response. We tried contacting the parent company [redacted] to file a complaint against their vendor, as Import Shark is a vendor, and they also have been unable to get in touch with anyone at IMport Shark to assist. PLEASE HELP!Desired Settlement: We would just like a replacement sent out, we are more than happy to send the previous one back for you to see damages.

Import Shark is using a picture of my vehicle on their website to sell a product they are representing to be their work. They did NOT do the work on my car for what they are adverting and I want them to discontinue using my car as an advertising tool. I have asked them to take it down but they have not. I have NOT given Import Shark permission to use my car on their website. I do not want my vehicle to be associated with this company at all.

Review: I ordered a cold air intake for my car from them on March [redacted], 2015. I have tried reaching out to them multiple times, to no avail. I have recently opened a [redacted] claim, but do not feel confident about that. They have charged my credit card $145 USD, and the item on their website still says "processing". Of course, I haven't received the item, because it has yet to even ship.Desired Settlement: The business should fully refund the money they have stolen from me. They are crooks, and need to stop this business practice.

Review: I Order product Nov [redacted] 2014 and expected delivery no later than mid-January. I have sent many emails and have received few responses and none providing an actual commit date to ship my product. I paid almost $900 over 5 months ago and have not received anything but rude emails from [redacted] at Import Shark. (Order [redacted])Desired Settlement: Full refund. [redacted] claims there is a restocking fee and shipment fees he will charge which are unacceptable as I have not received product and evidently he doesn't have it to ship to me... Which means he never incurred these charges.

Review: Ordered a set of badge replacements for my Hyundai Genesis Coupe from Importshark. A short time later I began to see countless disgusting reviews on their business. After about a week and a half of waiting for the badges to arrive (badges were ordered April *,2014) I emailed the business on the [redacted] informing them that I had not received the badges or a tracking number for the badges and I wanted to know the status of the order. They just simply told me the badges had been shipped. I emailed them again yesterday, April [redacted], telling them I still had no badges. The reply given to me was "They definitely mailed out. The post office just might be taking a while these days." I then explained to them that I have never had a problem having anything else that I've ever ordered getting here in time or at least just getting here and that I wished I had read their reviews before buying their product. Their reply was "Fake reviews have absolutely nothing to do with the post office being slow. If you have a legitimate question or would like to discuss something in a mature manner, please feel free to do so. You can take the negativity elsewhere if you're going to refer to fabricated [redacted]." I then told them that I would definitely be taking it to the Revdex.com, if that's what they meant. Have not gotten a response back. There is a legitimate [redacted] page called "Don't Buy From Import Shark" where several customers have wrote disgusting real stories about their business, not to mention the several websites I've found bashing them. This business needs to be shut down for being exactly what they call themselves, sharks. Not only has my money been stolen, but I have been disrespectfully handled as a paying customer. I am very willing to send out copies of all emails between myself and the business, along with any proof needed of the [redacted] page & complaints that are against this business.Desired Settlement: I would absolutely love a refund of the full amount I paid for the badges. I would also really enjoy seeing this business shut down so that no other sorry people like me can have their money stolen.

Review: On January *, 2015, I ordered a suspension part for my car. The total cost was $700. I was told to expect tracking information near the end of the month. On January **, 2015, I figured I'd check to see if the seller, [redacted], had any information on the shipment. He very briefly stated, "couple more weeks". After waiting until February **, 2015, I checked in with [redacted] on the progress of my shipment. He stated that there was no need for me to check on the progress, because once it gets through customs, I will be given tracking information. After that, I basically explained that I have the right to want to know what is being done with the $700 that I sent. [redacted] then told me that he didn't want to read my message, so he wanted a summarized version. Immediately after that, I told him that I want a refund. He then said no and rudely reminded me that I would be given tracking when it ships. "Simple as that", he stated.Desired Settlement: At this point, I am demanding a refund from Import Shark for the $700 that I sent on January *, 2015. The lack of good customer service led me to this decision. I was told to expect tracking information at a certain time, and when I didn't get it, I kindly checked for information. Doing so just led me in to rude responses from the salesperson and still no clear indication of whether or not I will receive the item I had purchased within the next month (or at all).

Review: I ordered an Emblem from this company off of their web site. The page on the site is very misleading. It shows a box of 2 emblems along with pictures of the front AND back of the car with the replacement emblems. There is ONE price listed at the top of the page. The description is confusing and ONLY down at the bottom there is drop down option that says "full set (+$35)". When I contacted this company their response in the email said..."Uh, this is a joke, right?" (copied and pasted word for word).Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund of $33.00. $30.00 for the emblem and $3.00 shipping I paid

Review: I have ordered an ARK Performance exhaust through import shark in may 2013. The item should slide on slide off install like the original factory muffler, it does not. I was asked to ship the item back to ARK to make sure that there is nothing wrong with the item. I was charged $36 for shipping since ARK claims that the item fits after minor catalytic converter adjustments. I let them know that the car I currently have is leased and I am not making adjustments to it. The item should slide on/slide off without changes (otherwise was not noted in the selling description). I notified ARK that I want to be refunded for the item. They told me to contact Import Shark. Import shark notified me that there is a restocking fee. I told them fine I want the refund because the item does not fit correctly. Import Shark wants an additional $99 to ship the item from ARK to them. I let them know that I am not giving them more money and they can take the fee out of the refund that they are giving me. These emails occurred over several months. I have not heard from either in a month despite my emails to both companies. I have not received the item back or a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my full purchase price since the item does not fit. Adjustments needed to vehicle have not been described in the original purchase. This has been going on for almost a year. I have communicated with both companies and they are not responding to my emails.
