During the install of our swimming pool and screen enclosure someone hit our condensate line hard enough to break the elbow in the wall causing a leak
We signed a contract with Natural Springs Pools to install our pool and screen enclosure On Dec16, we discovered water coming out of our closet inside the house on the same wall that our pool equipment was installed Upon contacting Natural Springs Pools we were told to call a plumberThe plumber arrived in the evening around 6:and traced the leak down after cutting holes in our walls, until we got to the condensate line and found the broken elbow in the wall In contacting Natural Springs Pools the next day we informed them that it might have been the screen enclosure delivery people that might have bumped into it because that is where they stored the pieces for the screen enclosure Natural Springs Pools then put us in contact with Steve, who is the screen enclosure person, who is the sub-contractor for Natural Sprin

Poor Communication from the company from start to finish
Broke ground in December
Problems started from the beginningWe had a project manager come out and tell us what needed to be removed from the side of the house/backyard so that we may start pool constructionWe took out everything we were told to take outHe came a few days later and told us, no wait, there's still some things that need to be removedWe told him we just paid a tree removal service company lot of money to come out, why didn't you give us a complete list, so we can finish everything at once? We had to call the company once again- So that costs us an additional $300, because the project manager decided to not fully do his job that dayWe let that goIn our contract the price of the pool was determined along with putting cool deck in our existing brick lanaiWe had some flooding issues, about 1-2" every time it would rainHowever at the time we could not afford to change the flooringOur sales lady
