Import Specialty Auto Inc

I had an appt 11/24/15 to bring in my 4Runner at 0800 which I did. I asked that the brakes and U-joints be checked and speedo cable replacedif needed. By noon they hadn't started. By 4:30 p.pm....same story. When I went over to pick it up I was handed a bill for "change oil every 3,000 miles"...oil had been changed 2 days before, "drive belts cracked", ""idle arm play", "leaking valve cover gasket",
"exhaust system holes" and recomendation that brake pads and shoes be replaced soon. No mention of the other items I asked about but a bill for $95 for providing me info I didn't need or ask for....and I had to wait 20 minutes to get it. Oh..I should mention that $55 of the charge was for a tech ot test drive and not be able to find clacking in speedo cable. My summary...an incompetent rip-off and I wouldn't even drive by this place again much less have work done
