The first time I came in the tie rods were switched outThe second the Axel was replacedSince my first visit is when I told you about the temperature sending switch/ coolant switchWhen my Axel was switched you had a faulty guageIt was not until the third visit where I can just for the temperature gaugeI left thinking everything was resolvedIt wasn't until days later I called you to tell you my car was smoking and overheating and I couldn't open my hoodIt was a result of literally a minute drive from lesving my house and parking at my destination where my carw as smokingI couldn't drive my car for hrs until your shop opened and it was towed there because the problemThen you told me there was another issue that would cost $So basically you already knowing the issue when I left and not telling me says you had guilt and made me risk my life and my cars by leaving your shop with faulty temperture issueYou must have known you were the causeEven when I returned my car you said the guage you took weeks to fix my have caused itBut you wouldn't even dare give any discounts for your mistakethis is why you and your employees are untrustworthy and I want the refund so I can have my car looked at somewhere else that has the knownlegde and ewuiptment to fix all your mistakes

Sorry you feel this way, you requested your tie rod ends to be replaced and that was the original appointment you made since the dealer told you they needed replacementWe never insisted you replace the tie rod ends, that's what you requested not this facility
Your complaint of noise upon start up was the cooling fan coming on high speed, that was resolved with the fan switchSorry, we did get the wrong switch the first time around and resolved it the next visit not the 3rd timeNever did we notice nor say nor hear your gauge was not working properly when replacing the fan switch
Your vehicle was test driven for minutes and idled for hours to get it to overheatNever overheated while logging the computer infoIf your gauge ever said different we need to see that as it never overheated on usWe suggested you replace the thermostat but you declined all repairs so we cannot be responsible
Sorry you feel this wayLike stated before, your clicking noises and start up noises have been resolvedThe parts and services are justified on our side since all parts fixed the issues you were having, we cannot refund a service you requested from being told different nor can we be responsible for services you declined

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept this response because by knowing I didn't need the tie rods I should've been told that before proceeding with the unnecessary cost.
The axels did help the sound.
Though from the very first visit is when I inquiried about the temperature gauge. And it wasn't fixed I then had to come back two more times for that to be corrected.
Waste of time and gas for their mistake.
Then after the third visit when my temperature gauge was finally fixed my temperature gauge stopped working. Literally left with it broken. I called the shop as my car overheated and they said it could have been caused from the temperature gauge being fauilty. I had a fality gauge for three weeks because they didn't have the correct one in the shop.
Since I was told this could be the reason now the temperature something is now messed up I believe the issues are not resolved. As my car is still overheating.
I want a refund for the entire services last month due to the horrible services and outcome I am now left with.
Awaiting weeks for Revdex.comureo without a working car.
Completely ridiculous. I want a full refund and that is fair as they're an in trustworthy business at this point.

appointment, and when dropping off her car she mentioned that the car was making a loud noise from engine, and the dealer said it may be a temperature switch or sensor. After replacing the tie rod ends at her request, during test drive, we noticed the axles making noise. When she came to pick up the car, told her that her axles were bad and making noise and she replied that the dealer had told her that she needed the tie rod ends replaced to fix the noise.
Yes, her fan switch was faulty and we did have to get multiple different switches to cure the fan issue. The first switch we got was the wrong switch, so we had to order the correct switch and reschedule her for the install since it was a saturday. We did perform the repair, and afterwards the fan was working properly as designed. Two weeks later, she had her car towed in because she said it had overheated on her. We inspected the vehicle and it did not overheat at all on us, the coolant level was correct, but the temperature gauge was erratic and not working properly. Noticed that the lower radiator hose was much cooler than the upper, indicating a possible thermostat failure. Told her that the thermostat could be the issue of the overheating, which has nothing to do with the fan switch. She was never told that the fan switch replacement would be the cause of the overheating. Her gauge was not properly working and told her it could be the temperature sensor for the gauge, not the fan switch. The overheating may not have happened and could have just been the gauge being faulty due to a bad temperature switch. She declined all repairs.
Her hood release was always missing from her first visit. The VW emblem was missing in front, and we always opened the hood by putting pliers through the hole. She insisted that the latch was always there, so we installed a new latch at no charge to her.
She was never misguided to have her tie rod ends replaced, she wanted them as she was told by her previous repair facility that they needed to be done. Her cooling fans were stuck on all the time due to a faulty switch, they operate normal as designed after the repair. Overheating is not caused by any repairs done by us. Sorry, at this point all money exchanged is considered complete since all repairs fixed the issues she was having.
We are more than glad to rectify any situation that we misdiagnose. In this case her fans are working properly and her car is not overheating nor is it making noises.
