I live in a Ryan home built in 1999 in the Pheasant Ridge area off Kitridge. A shoddy particle board type of wood was used in several areas on the exterior of the house. The wood on the bay window area was crumbling and warping and the flashing above the window was improperly sealed causing water damage to the bay window ceiling area. This past week Possert rebuilt the exterior bay window, re-caulked all the flashing and repaired my bay window ceiling.
The guys were great - no shoes in the house, covered all my furniture with plastic, showed up at the time I was told they would be here, completely cleaned up construction area and the best part of all - superb workmanship ! I'm 100% completely satisfied with my dealings with Possert. Even took photos to show others the quality of their work.
In August 2016 I requested that my insurance company inspect my roof due to leaks. The insurance adjusted inspected and determined that I have wind and hail damage and the roof needed replacing. My Insurance company had Possert as one of their certified contractors. Possert reviewed the insurance quote, inspected the house, and made a few minor addition that were overlooked by the adjuster. They then worked with my insurance company to add the adjustments. The work consisted of removing the old shingles and underlayment, installing a new roof with all new vents and metal trim. New power vents were also installed. Interior work consisted of repairing and painting water damaged ceilings in three rooms. From start to finish the total job took two weeks. The first week was waiting on the new roofing materials to be delivered from Cincinnati. The total roofing job was done in five days and the interior work was done in parallel. The crews were well trained, polite, and respectful of my property. My new roof looks beautiful and I have had no issues with the installation. The interior work is also beautiful and no issues noted. Cleanup after the work is exceptional! I was only able to find one roofing nail which was under a bush. They even vacuumed the interior areas where work was accomplished! Billing and paper work was accomplished within days of the work being done. This is the second job I have had Possert accomplish and I am very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them for any repairs on a home.
