***As we discussed in our phone conversation, I sent an updated invoice with a letter explaining charges and refund to ensure Ms [redacted] understood the charges She cashed the check for $which was included with her final invoice and as you can see she wrote a note on the letter and mailed it back to me I've included a copy of my original letter to her explaining charges, copy of the final invoice and a copy of the letter she sent me I will be happy to send a phone call and text report as well if you think this will help? I feel that I have been more than accommodating with her but if you have other suggestions please let me know. Thanks! [redacted]
In regards to Import World's response That was my point of requesting the $refund since the thermostat was leaking and obviously installed incorrectly [redacted] must have forgotten this part of the conversation since I wouldn't request a refund on something that was working properly I did not want him to touch my vehicle again since I do not trust his quality of work due to the reasons explained originally I will not be satisfied until I am refunded my $for the improper installation of the thermostat I have since had this repaired by the VW dealer and have not had any problems with it [redacted]

Again I apologize that customer feels this way. I can not refund a customer this money when I
was never given the opportunity to make it right or even given knowledge there was a problem.
It would be hard to improperly install this type of part. Thats not to say an o ring wasn't pinched
or bad. I worked for the VW dealer as did my tech for 35 years. I am qualified to work on this
type vehicle and I would have warrantied the work performed for [redacted] .
Thank you,
