MS *** HAD MONTH MILE WARRANTY ON REPAIR AND PARTS WHICH ENDED ON 8-14-2015 SHE HAD CAME BACK IN ON 3-16-AFTER SHE HAD PURCHASED NEW TIRES SOME WHERE ELSE AND ASKED US TO CHECK WHY THE LIGHT IS ON WE DID CHECK
AND WE HAD NO COMUNICATION WITH SENSORS SHE WAS OUT OF WARRANTY AND IT WAS POSSIBLE THAT THE TIRE INSTALLER MAY HAD BROKE THEM WE TOLD HER THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO PAY A CHECK OUT AND THEN WE GO FROM THERE WE ARE NOT RESPONSBLE FOR OTHER PEOPLE REPAIR THAT COULD OF DAMAGED THE SENSORS

The warranty is and was over for her problemOn the last time she was here and *** installed new tires and then she brought it her I think that the tire installer might of damaged them but eather way she has no refund or warranty hereIt was and is past the month miles Imported car repair will not refund her money

I, [redacted], submitted a claim against Import Car Repair who charged me $466.46 to replace the sensors on my run flat tires. Original  I thought it was $600. They claim that they put Lexus sensors on my run flat tires.  The sensor light never went out from the time they put the sensors on.  I took the car back several times for them to reprogram the sensors without success. Import Car told me to take the car to the Lexus Dealer and have them to reprogram them.  The Lexus Dealer could not get a reading. I took the car back to Import Car Repair and they said they got a 95% reading.   I recently took the car to [redacted] Lexus Dealer and paid $598.48 to get the sensors replaced.  They gave me the sensors they took off the car and said they were After Market substandard sensors which they said all along would never work on my car.  I have my original receipts for each purchase.  Attached is the receipt from [redacted] Lexus stating they were After Market sensors.    I want Import Car Repair to reimburse me my money they charged me to replace the sensors on my SC430 Lexus ($466.46) and allow me some sort of compensation for causing me the distress for this entire situation by them deceitfully putting the wrong sensors on my car.   Respectfully Submitted   [redacted]
