Review: I do have high blood pressure and dealing with this problem is just making it worse. We received a gourmet automatic Electric Pressure Cooker with Stainless Steel Inner Pot Model # BT900XL5. The lid was incorrectly put on the pot at the factory. We talked to a man at [redacted] Electronics (previously ImporthomeLLC) about this. HE instructed us on removing the lid. We did as he said, but the lid did not move. After several attempts to find out what to do through email and phone calls which were ignored (and we have kept) we got this same man. He told us to ship the pot to him and he would refund the money if we paid for the shipping or send us another pot. Well now he has the pot and the money, but refuses to do anything saying he did not sell us the pot. We have been emailing since Feb. 4th and called even before that date and he now says he did not sell us the pot. He will not send us a pot or the money We do have copies of all the emails.
