Hello [redacted] ***,I just got off the phone with a representive from your office and was told to email a response in reference to the above id number.Mrs [redacted] purchased a Chrysler 300c with vin # [redacted] from us on 10/30/at the time it was explained to her that she purchased the car as/is no warranty which I attached the buyers guide to this email showing that In March we received a phone call from Mrs [redacted] stating that her car start to over heat due to a radiator leak which by this time she had the car over months She informed us that her mechanic replaced the radiator and wanted us to pay for the repairs Even though she purchased the car as is and months ago we still decided to help her with the repairs Mrs [redacted] never mentioned any issues about the brakes to us to this date, but we have tried to get in contact with her for the last weeks by calling her at [redacted] and recently have tried contacting her via email at [redacted] so that we may discuss a solution to the brake issueThank You [redacted] ***

Review: I am complaining about the car that I bought from a dealership. Before I bought the car I was told that everything was new and fixed and ready to drive off the lot. I was told there were new brakes which was a lie. They said they did a smog check and had everything ready and I will have my registrations three weeks after purchase. They said the car was in great condition. I tested drove the car I asked before I bought the car why there was noise coming from the brakes they said thats what new brakes do which I found out that was a lie after the purchase. I put down $2300 for the car and I was approved by United Auto Credit and drove the car off the lot. Two or Three days later they called me and said to bring the car back in because I needed to do the contract over because they didn't get there full amount from the bank for the car so they made me pay $1000 more dollars down on the down payment or I was not going to be able to get my other down payment back which all together I put down $3300 dollars down for a car that cost $1099. Two months later my radiator started smoking and car overheated, remind you I just got an oil changed before this even happen. I took it to the shop and got it fixed the mechanic told me that someone seemed like they put glue/liquid on a old crack so that it can last for a few months before being replace. Also the thermostat was very old and it was not opening and pumping the fluids correctly. Thus, I paid $400 for that to get fixed. Also, I went to get my car check out to see what was wrong with the brakes and the mechanic said the brakes were really old thats why the sqeeck noise come when you brake. Also I've been having this car for 5months now and my payment is $397 a month I still have not received my registrations yet and the car is still not in my name. And also they recently called me to bring the car in so it can get a smog check and verification number from a smog place. When I got there he didn't do a smog check he just checked the verification.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back with the down payment of $3300 and also the money that I paid to United auto credit $2,000 for my monthly payments to them. Also the $400.00 for the radiator I payed for and soon to be brakes. and the ticking coming from the car. its so much going on with this situation which is hard to explain through typing.
