I have not been contacted by the business and there has been no resolution. I want this collection removed from my credit reports and I would like someone from McKee to call me so I can settle this account in full (minus the interest that was accruing while my mis-applied payments sat as a
credits on accounts that had zero balancesI would also like a detailed printout of all charges and payments made since May 2016, on all accounts, so I can make sure other payments weren't misappliedI get different amounts from different people each time I call and have received nothing in writing from the collection agency or Banner/McKee
