As the salesman agreed I originally walked into the building to buy a car and build my credit. The salesman was by my side every step of the way. Once I got into the finance office the flow changed. My grandmother only came...

to co-sign, not put another car under her name. Now she is under an unexpected obligation and the salesman agrees that was not suppose to be the case and that they were going to have no problem correcting any issues knowing I haven't driven the car even 300 miles before anything was wrong with it. The car in itself is beyond what I was looking for especially with the customer service showed to me once I wanted to return the vehicle. The financer simply told me they will simply repossess the car and leave me (actually my grandmother) stuck with a contract. We are not ok with this especially now that I know this doesn't not help my credit. The contract is in untruth, the customer service is below par. Note I want out. I changed the oil but didn't know I had to order the oil, wait a day, order a filter, then get it changed by [redacted]; whom was suggest by Imports ltd and they did not even do a good job. They broke my plate and I had to bring the car back for fixing and I have a receipt. I'm not okay with any of this

This consumer disputed the $200 with her credit card company and received a refund.  She then came into our office in December 2016 and we also gave her the refund of $200.  We contacted her credit card company about this...

hoping to be reimbursed, but they said the dispute was over 30 days and they could not reimburse us.

I have included for your review a copy of a letter sent to Mr. [redacted] on May 22, 2015 addressing this matter. Per Mr. [redacted]' statement to the Revdex.com, I am not clear regarding his reference to a "low-jack" system. I have discussed this term with...

the manufacturer representative and we do not know what a "low-jack" is. It was previously our understanding Mr. [redacted] had discovered an ignition-interruption device that had possibly been installed by a previous lender (these devices are usually hidden in the vehicle to prevent tampering by the owner).
As you can see from our correspondence, we explained to Mr. [redacted] we do not install these devices and had no knowledge of one on this vehicle. We then offered to assist Mr. [redacted] in the removal of the device. Our manager [redacted] explained our insurance carrier prohibits our towing vehicles but if the car is delivered to [redacted] Auto Service, we would pay for the part removal. Mr. [redacted] has not communicated with us again regarding this issue.
Lastly, Mr. [redacted] states in his letter to the Revdex.com "They put glue on the PCV valves instead of replacing it." I assure the Revdex.com there is no reasonable purpose for anyone to "glue" an inexpensive part such as a PCV valve and would like to reiterate we do not do repairs; they are performed by 3rd party vendors who routinely replace PCV valves for us.
In conclusion, we are still available to help Mr. [redacted] if he would like our assistance. I will send him a follow-up letter and cc your office. Thank you for your help on this matter.

we asked him to bring the vehicle by so we could have it checked out buy our mechanic and he has not shown up at Imports ltd. please encourage him to bring it by so we can help him.
