Hey My Name Is [redacted] My Contact Number Is XXX-XXX-XXXX. I Was Told Contact Them Friday And I Would Receive My Title, They Have Failed To Keep Their Word. Just From Discussing The Issue With Other People I've Learned That They Always Do Customers Like That To Get Extra Money Out Of People. I Really Just Would Like My Title To Register My Vehicle Their Contact Number Is XXX-XXX-XXXX Owner/Manager Is A African American Male Go By The Name E, Please Help Me And Thanks.Desired SettlementMy titleBusiness Response Contact Name and Title: R. Matthews E.A.AContact Phone: XXXXXXXXXXContact Email: [redacted]@gmail.comWe here at Imports of Memphis definitely understand your frustration. Due to it being tax season, titles are coming in slower than usual. You purchased the vehicle a few days after we received it from the auction. This is the process: Seller sales car to auction, we purchase car from auction, we receive car and sell to customers such as yourself. The original seller of the vehicle must mail title to auction and then the auction mails the title to our dealership. This process can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks. When we do receive your title we will be sure to call you to schedule pick up or mail it to you. In the mean time we do hope that you bare with us on these very inconveniencing events.

I purchased my 07 Nissan Maxima from Imports of Memphis. It was a really easy and painless process. The Finance Manager Dillon was very helpful in explained the process and ensuring that I completed all paperwork necessary to drive off with my car. I'll definitely recommend them to my family and friends. ","pos-2

I went to purchase a car. After test driving it, I put a deposit down on the car but later changed my mind and was told it was no refundable. On February 9, 2016, I went to this business to purchase a car. I found a 2005 Honda and took it for a test drive. Once we arrived at the dealership, I made the decision to purchase this car. Mr Lionel and I went in the office to finish the process with Mr. Johnson. I didn't have all of what they wanted for the car so I told Mr. Johnson that I could put $500 down on the car and come back on the 10th with 5300.00 and that there would be a balance that would be paid in installments that would be treated as "90 day same as cash." I left the dealership and noticed my brother had purchased me a different vehicle therefore not needing the Honda. I went back to the dealership and on the receipt it stated -nonrefundable- but in good faith Mr. Johnson said he could probably get me half of my money back. He swiped my card for a refund on February 11 and I haven't received the refund yet. I waited a whole week before filing a complaint because he stated that he did the refund but NOTHING was refunded into my account from him or his business.Desired SettlementAlthough on the receipt, it says nonrefundable. The OWNER, Mr. Johnson said he would TRY to get me half of my money being that I didn't purchase a car. So a partial refund is what I'm seeking.Business Response I do apologize about the inconvenience but Imports of Memphis enforces a $499 DOC fee on all transactions. We completed all paperwork on said vehicle and took the vehicle off of the market, awaiting your return. All deposits are stamped non refundable. Again I apologize for the misunderstanding and I would also like to note that Mr. Johnson no longer works for the company due to confidential reasons. We do hope to one day gain you as a client in the near future. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)I don't accept it but it's their business practice. It on my list of places to not do business. Thank you for responding.

I was told at the lot the car was a great car clean title and had just got serviced and in perfect condition Desired SettlementI am seeking full refund for the purchase of the vehicle as well as a lawsuit against the company for false advertising, lose of work because the car isn't drivable and pain and suffering I've been dealing with issues with this car since I purchased everyday since I purchased it I've been having work done and it's draining I don't eat and barely sleep due to this shady deal. The dealer never return my calls or is there when I go to the lot so the situation is dragging on.Business Response Ms. [redacted] purchased a 2004 Infiniti G35 from Imports of Memphis on 09/23/2015. Before this transaction took place on this day, this vehicle had been serviced and fluids had been checked; for this is protocol and routine for every vehicle as it arrives on the premises. Although in every deal that's printed out, unless stated otherwise, A Buyer' s Guide is printed out with the deal that notates the description AS-IS-NO WARRANTY and is checked inside of the box next to it to indicate that if this particular form is in your deal, we are not offering a warranty. The deal was a cash deal and we do not offer a lot of warranties on cash deals unless an extended warranty is purchased. Evidently none was purchased. However we do try to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities. In this case the customer ended up having to get a motor for her vehicle, so we researched and located one for her and paid half of the expenses. Ms. [redacted] left here a happy camper and extremely satisfied because we did reach out in the time of need just to assist her even though we were not liable. Money wasn't an issue with us, we just wanted to earn her business and satisfy our customer.

I purchased a vehicle from Imports of Memphis, the car cut off on me within hours.I purchased a car from this dealership on Monday after they told me the car was in good condition. After I gave the down payment and signed they informed me of problems the car had and to bring it in the next day.On the next day the car cut off on the middle of the highway. I called them they towed the car to let their mechanic look at it, after several calls they finally answered and let me know they did not know what was wrong and they were sending it to another dealership. They did not call me to inform me what was going on I call found out where the car was to only find out they did not get it fixed just got them to check to see what was wrong so somebody else could fix it. After many attempts of calling I dove there they said they would get back with me. They then called to tell me they needed half on getting it fixed. I have not gotten the car back and believe someone at the dealership is driving the car because the car is not at their location or the other dealership where they took it at.Desired SettlementI would like a full refund.Business Response Contact Name and Title: Roxy M. Office ManagerContact Phone: XXXXXXXXXXContact Email: [redacted]@gmail.comMrs. [redacted] did in fact purchase a 2006 Infiniti G35 from Imports of Memphis. I received a call from Mrs. [redacted] the following day saying that the vehicle cut off on her in the middle of a busy intersection. I immediately sent my mechanic to take a look at the vehicle. He failed to get the car started and we had it towed to our location. I informed Mrs. [redacted] that we would do anything in our power to get the vehicle running and in tip top shape. She was adamant about getting her money back. I informed her that all sales were As-Is sales but due to the nature of the circumstances we would fix the vehicle at no charge. My mechanic was unable to fix the problem and we later had the vehicle towed to Infiniti of Memphis to ensure the problem was properly diagnosed and repaired by professionals. Mrs. [redacted] called me later that day and I informed her she was eligible to pick up a loaner car until her vehicle was repaired. When Infiniti repaired the vehicle and I called Mrs. [redacted] she was not interested in picking up the vehicle and told us her lawyer will be contacting us. Her vehicle is still available for pick up and is in perfect condition at no price to her. We terribly apologize for the inconvenience and hope Mrs. [redacted] would reconsider her decision.

A Very Shady Car Dealership. They buy and sale Salvaged Cars that need lots of expensive repairs. Avoid them like the plague. Do Not Buy from these people.

This company is running a very illegal racket getting over on people by selling salvaged vehicles and giving out multiple drive out tags since the cars are not able to be properly registered. BEWARE! These guys take part in fraudulent acts!","neg-3

This is a very unprofessional place! No good customer service! They don't tell you everything that's wrong with cars that have to be delivered from another state! My man bought a 08 s550 and when the car came it was a month before he can drive because he had to make them fix the problems and he didn't want too! I will not recommend this place! All they care about is money! But God will fix them
For ripping off people! Sad that black
Business always trying to scam!!! ","neg-1
