Yes we did received the customer's wheel back and due to some administration factors that I don't want to go in detail we are behind on getting the return parts process and customer did contact us to find out about his part and we did confirm
that we did received the part but were not able to check in yet but we finally got to it and as I advised him in our last email and gave him a date when his core deposit would be process and we did exactly as stated in our last email, so the $core deposit was refunded back on 06/12/to customer's credit card and should have already posted to his account
If proof needed we can provide it
As I assured customer we have never kept anyone's money and he would get his money

As stated in the company's paperwork provided to me regarding core refunds, I should have expected to receive my refund within days of return shipmentdays is how long it actually tookThere is no excuse for this long a delayDue to the lengthy delay in returning my money, I incurred overdraft charges on my checking accountI expect Impress Plating to reimburse me $to cover the costs of these overdraft chargesIf I had received my refund in a reasonable time, as in weeks, I would not have incurred these chargesThe card used for this purchase was my bank's VISA debit cardImpress Plating refused to provide an accurate date of refund until I threatened to file a complaint with the Revdex.comEven then, their promise wasn't fulfilled until the day AFTER I actually filed this complaintI believe Impress Plating is in the habit of using customer's core deposits for lengthy periods of time in order to bolster their bank holdingsI request that the Revdex.com monitor this company's practice of withholding customer's cash

We will agree to issue a $refund only with the condition that customer provides proof of the overdraft fees and showing that the $shortage was the cause of those fees

I refuse to provide copies of my bank statement to ANY organizationThus is private information and I certainly don't trust Impress Plating with my bank statementThey have offered a $credit for their services without any such proofI am requesting HALF that amount in a cash creditI feel Impress Plating is simply stalling which is exactly what started this entire problemI refuse to abide by their demands for access to my personal private banking informationIn this day and age for identity theft this is a ridiculous request by themPerhaps instead I will request they provide proof of their employee turnover including employee names and hire/fire dates, employees names who were on supposed vacation at the time my refund was delayed, the exact increase in volume of incoming/outgoing orders, etcetcat the time Impress Plating delayed my refund, as these were the excuses they offeredIf they provide me with enough information to prove there was actually no way for them to provide my refund in a timely matter,I will drop this complaintOtherwise I believe $is a small price for them to pay to resolve this matterIf they don't accept this I will be taking the next step and providing the information regarding my bank overdraft charges to the attorney General of California instead of Impress Plating and I will escalate this complaint to the Attorney General
