Review: I got my brand new car wrapped I got the hood, roof, and part of the trunk wrapped from the owner of this store, so I can keep the car's paint protected.He charged me $180.00, I paid $140 in cash and $40 on my card. I asked him if he could do a perfect job and I wanted to get a good job no cheap job. He said that he is a professional, and I do not have to worry about anything. My biggest concern was when the car is being wrapped most people use blades to cut the excess amount of wrap off while it is applied on the car I told him that I do not want to get any blade marks on my car's paint, and he said "I am a professional you don't have to worry about anything." So I went ahead and did the job since he has been handling printing jobs for my stores, I knew that he's an honest person. I got the job done, and was happy how it looked, but recently I went ahead to remove it because the decal was fading and when I removed it there were a lot of blade marks on the roof, and the part of the trunk which was wrapped, so today I went to see him and told him about the problem, and basically ignored me and walked away. Saying he has nothing to do with it. Since me and him have been doing business for a long time I didn't get a receipt from him, but I have a picture which show's my car standing in his shops garage when he finished doing my hood, and I paid most of it in cash but I paid some from my personal debit card, so I have a transaction which shows when he charged me for the work done. That was the first time I paid him from my personal card. Now I have blade marks on my brand new car and I want to get it fixed. I was not expecting him to walk away and just ignore me at least accept that he made a mistake and help me fix the damage which was done by him!!!Desired Settlement: I want him to pay me at least the half of the cost which I got a estimate of from a paint shop telling me that the repairs will be about $6000, or more. I only want him to pay me half of the amount, and I will pay what ever is on top. At least work with me because I did not think that he would just ignore me how he did today and walk away. I can get final estimates from the paint shop.
