I have been purchasing products from Impressions Online Boutique for years now. I found one of their products floating around on Pinterest and thought I would give them a try and I've been hooked ever since! At least half my wardrobe is from shopimpressions.com and every time a girlfriend asks where my outfit is from, they immediately become a fan as well! I needed a new dress to wear to a wedding and knew exactly where I would order it from. I ordered one dress and when it came in, it didn't fit at all. I was upset because the number one thing I've loved most about this company is the quality of their materials and how true to size they fit, this is especially important with an online boutique! In all the years, I've only ever had to return 2 items total! So to save time, I quickly ordered two more different dresses. When they both came in, they both fit but one of the zipper on one dress didn't work and an entire strap busted off on the other. I emailed the company and they quickly sent me a return label and before even receiving their original merchandise back, they turned around and sent me a replacement dress for the one specific dress I fell in love with. I've worked in customer service my entire life and this company's customer service is outstanding. They responded to every single email I sent in less than 24 hours, they sent me status updates via email every time they promised they would, I received my items in the mail within 3 days from ordering EVERY time and the quality of their clothes is just amazing. You honestly cannot find a better online boutique out there! Impressions Boutique, you have a loyal customer for life!
I have never been so impressed with an online shopping experience. I've just received my second order on time with each and every item fitting the online description. So far I've bought a pair of boots, 7 dresses and 1 romper, I couldn't be happier with my purchases. Before I made my first purchase I called customer service to discuss sizing and the woman I talked to was so patient and helpful with me. The VIP points are a blessing, I've already exceeded 400. This site is no joke, take it from me, every item on here is worth every penny.
