There is a concern with the manner in which this business runsImpressive Auto Body is a company which we have worked with many times and have tolerated but there comes a point where the demands are unreasonableAs a business we coordinate vehicle pick ups with many companies and arrange transportationWe often pay on behalf of those companies to expedite the processImpressive Auto Body has demanded we pay only cash in order to pick up a vehicle$5,in cashWe are gladly to issue a cashier's check, company check or pay with credit card but all are unacceptableWe have contacted the Consumer Affairs of Broward County and they state there is no ordinance that requires a Body shop to have forms of payments to third partiesThe consumer may have the power to demand a different formThis is a safety issue for our tow drivers, in carrying so much cashWe have encountered other companies who have dealt with the same situation with this Body Shop

My car was having issues are it was paid to be fixed
My car was brought to Impressive for repairs on 3/24/I picked up my car on 5/10/only after full amount was was paid by my insurance company and a total of cash out of my own pocketAfter weeks I heard knocking sounds from my carI was told to bring it in & that it was the wheel bearingsInsurance adjuster test drove the car & called me & told me Impressive would fix itImpressive called me back min.later on 6/13/& told me it was my transmission & take it where I bought it from & "not to tell them I was in an accident" as per ChrisAL Hendrickson Toyota told me that roller arm control bolts were loose on one end & not tightened to specifications on the other endI couldve been in a bad accident had they come looseI have documentation that states this info.I called Impressive & spike with the receptionist & told her how dissatisfied I was and upset She said ok & that was it I mean no call back

IMPRESSIVE AUTO BODY/JM AUTOMOTIVE: When I arrived at JM automotive I stood at their front desk for about 5 minutes until someone came up to me (I'll give them the benefit of the doubt because maybe that desk wasn't normally "manned" but when I called JM automotive about an hour earlier to make sure I could just stop by for an estimate it would have been nice to know I needed to go to the warehouse across labeled "Impressive") anyways..... I walked over to Impressive Auto Body "office" and I told them what I was there for they said "Okay" (I'm thinking there going to get someone to come help me or help me themselves) so Im still waiting as they all talk to each other about other vehicles for a few minutes..... now I'm getting impatient.... so I wait about 2 more minutes then I hear they all start getting chaotic then I heard one of the females say "the lady is coming for her car right now!" and then followed by what appeared to be the manager or the owner saying "just wipe it down its just a warranty job!" I was immediately turned off by their unprofessionalism and the things they said ESPECIALLY in front of customers.... I turned around and walked right out when I heard those things being said about another customers car... no one tried to ask why I was leaving or ANYTHING! what a waste of time....don't do business here!!
