I have had several email communication with this customer. Customer was well aware we had her product in house bought and paid for. She offered to buy the product at cost but when provided price she wanted her deposit back. Generac informed the customer that she should not be receiving a refund for...
her purchase because the time she was allotted to cancel had well passed. Because the customer had been patient I agreed to return her deposit. Deposit was mailed certified on 2/16/17. Customer emailed me and let me know she will notify me as soon as she receives her deposit. She is suppose to receive her money today.
