Imprintable Warehouse

Imprintables Warehouse caused my horror story. I ordered Specta Alloy vinyl from them to press some shirts for a large customer. T-shirts included, with screen printed labels, and the pressed vinyl cost around $1000. When my customer washed one of shirts, the vinyl fell apart, the metallic flaked off of the print!! When I tried to get imprinatbles warehouse to help out, they informed me that their washing instructions on their site were wrong, that they needed to be hand washes and hand dried. They also informed me that since the manufacturer would not refund them, there was nothing they could do for me. So my small one employee business is out $1000 and lost our main customer because they were of no help to us. Terrible customer service and no care is given to repair their mistakes in any way. I strongly suggest nobody ordered from this company. They are a terrible company and have no interest in supporting small business.
