I am rejecting this response because: While I understand this item is sold in stadiums, it is not sold for the use I specifically called and spoke with their sales representative about and as listed online (which they have already corrected)His photos are not servable product in the marketplace for popcorn or nachos (ice cream would fit just fine and is how this product is sold)We have been a top team in external sales for minor league baseball since our Franchise inception to several businesses globally including Target, Walmart, Lids among many others who are prime candidates for reselling; provided this company has all applicable certifications and licenses to resell product and the ability to make a sale, this product has several suitable vendors, just not us.? We are still requesting a refund and will not consider this resolved until such time that a refund is issued

We have been selling these helmet snack bowls for years and have never had a complaintMany auditoriums, stadiums and booster clubs use them at concessions stands.I have attached a photo showing this item filled with popcorn, and also with nachos with cheese. The scale will show you that
the weight of the nachos in the bowl is ounces, which is over servings See nacho serving size at https://www.fatsecret.com/calories-nutrition/usda/nachos-with-cheese?portionid=4...⇄ The size of the bowl is listed on our site as liquid ounces. This is because liquid ounces are a universal capacity. We cant list solid capacity in ounces, because they hold only about one ounce of popcorn, butnearly a lb of shelled peanuts. Thus, a solid/dry capacity listing would be of no value because it varies depending on the fill. Based on this, we are not able to offer a refund. The product the client ordered is printed with their logo, and is not something we could resell to another client.
