Regards,
Timothy Owen Again I asked for two things to happen before I determine this complaint resolved. 1) I have the toner in my possession.2)Impro Corp(DBA tonergator on eBay) must remove the Negative Feedback from my eBay accountI will send a Feedback Revision Request to tonergator on eBay to expedite the Feedback removal.I priced the toners at $and accepted Impro's $offerThe selling price included free shippingImpro did not pay for inbound shippingI shipped new sealed boxesImpro had the boxes in their possession for a full week before I was notified of an issueAs clearly stated in the detailed written description of the items, I did not offer returns, refunds or to pay for return shipping because the items were brand new and sealedImpro paid for return shipping twice because they decided they could keep one box even after receiving a full refundAnd after receiving a full refund Impro left malicious, vengeful and unprofessional Negative Feedback that I certainly did not deserveWhen I have possession of the toner that Impro stated they shipped and Impro removes the Negative Feedback from my eBay account will I then consider this complaint resolvedThank you Revdex.com for your assistance in this matter

We purchased toners for $that were represented as new and sealed. of the were open boxes and could not be resold by us so we asked to do a return. Seller made us pay for shipping back. And the used items were sent back. The 4th item is still in our possession and
I have had it boxed and am shipping it back this afternoon via FedEx Tracking # *** This means that I have now paid to ship the product in, and paid to ship it back, so this customer is out $while I have paid shipping twice for items I can not sell. Review: I sold new unused HP toners to the company and received a PO (#[redacted] and have not received the $250.00 agreed upon payment. I have left numerous calls and emails and no-one will reply. The company received my items on Feb 3 2014 and was supposed to pay net 30. I just want my payment or my items back (in the same condition I sent them)Desired Settlement: All I want is the payment agreed upon for PO# [redacted]

Response:

My name is [redacted] and I am the senior customer service manager. I am really sorry that whomever you contacted did not get back to you. I will look into this and have the appropriate manager notified so that it does not happen again. As far as the payment goes, I am sorry that it was delayed, but it missed last weeks payment run and was scheduled for this week. I had them cut the check early and I am shipping it out today via USPS with tracking number [redacted]. Check # is [redacted] for $250. I am considering this matter as resolved, but if you have further questions or concerns, please contact me at [redacted] or ###-###-####.

Review: I advertised a new sealed 4-pack set of HP 126A (CE310A, CE311A, CE312A and CE313A) Toner Cartridges with a very detailed written description and photos of all sides of the four toner cartridges boxes for $150. I accepted [redacted]'s (of Impro Corp.) offer of $100 and shipped the new sealed toners to [redacted] at Impro Corp. (Impro Purchase Order # [redacted]) in [redacted], PA on 4/6/2015. Impro received the toners on 4/8/2015. A week later on 4/15/2015, [redacted] by email claimed the toners were of no use to Impro. I issued a full refund on 4/16/2015. After more than 3 weeks later on 5/9/2015, I received only 3 of the 4 toners and the boxes had been damaged. [redacted] and Impro Corp. refused to return the missing toner cartridge (HP 126A CE313A) and left negative comments about me on the internet site. I want my property (missing toner cartridge CE313A) returned without further delay and the negative comments removed from the internet site. Thank you Revdex.com for your help in this matter.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] and Impro Corp. to return my HP 126A CE313A Toner Cartridge without further delay and remove the negative comments directed at me from the internet site. Thank you Revdex.com for your help in this matter.

We purchased 4 toners for $100 that were represented as new and sealed. 3 of the 4 were open boxes and could not be resold by us so we asked to do a return. Seller made us pay for shipping back. And the 3 used items were sent back. The 4th item is still in our possession and I have had it boxed and am shipping it back this afternoon via FedEx Tracking # [redacted] This means that I have now paid to ship the product in, and paid to ship it back, so this customer is out $0 while I have paid shipping twice for items I can not sell. As of now we consider this matter closed and resolved.
