On April 13, Ms [redacted] confirmed that she would begin making monthly payments in the amount of $until her balance of $1, is fulfilledUnfortunately, due to staffing changes, these payments were not being entered into our system and her information was inadvertently entered into the system of our third party collection agency, TekCollectAfter reviewing some past accounts, it was discovered that Ms [redacted] 's account was not being processed as she had authorized in 2015, so we contacted Ms [redacted] in April of to obtain her approval to begin processing her payments per her previous requestThe payments resumed in April of in the amount of $per month until the balance is completed.On August 18, 2016, an email was submitted to TekCollect requesting the removal any and all negative notifications on Ms [redacted] 's credit score with all agencies
We have placed [redacted] on our do not mail/call list as of 2/17/We spoke to [redacted] on 1/29/at 1:pm KS time and she agreed to the terms of the services, we have since canceled her services and refunded the full amount back to her account.The transaction id # for the refund is [redacted] , please allow -hours for the refund to appear back into her accountIf you have any further questions or concerns about this matter please contact us via mail or email
