HiI am responding to a letter we received about a complaintWe have a signed contract with all of our brides and there are all the stipulations on there explaining our no refund policyWe waited until the city of Savannah was forced to evacuate before we did anything with any of our brides
Before we contacted this particular bride, she had already chosen to cancel her weddingWe did not cancel her weddingWe have no control over the weatherIf the weather forces us to evacuate for our safety, we will reschedule and uphold our end of the contractThis bride did not want to rescheduleTherefore, it is ridiculous for her to write a complaint against us as we are not at fault.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:  I think she has the wrong bride/wedding she is referring to.  My wedding was 10-23 and was not cancelled.  WRONG PERSON.
