Here is the tracking number showing the product was received to the customers address on fileWhy they are claiming they have not received the product I do not know but *** tracking shows deliveredI have not received any emails from the customer regarding this.*** ***

For the final time the product was delivered VIA *** on Wednesday, 07/29/at 11:A.MThis case needs to be closed

Once again, we have tried to contact the customer and for whatever reason the customer is not getting or messages or refuses to acknowledge them: here is the tracking number that we sent the customer for his order that should arrive within business day via *** ***

We did not get the notification as we were moving from our previous location to a new office the past few weeks. The UPS tracking number for the order is: [redacted] also saying it was delivered on 8/27/15.

We did agree to remake the graphics for the customer, however there is some obvious misscommunication here.
We never agreed to pay for shipping of the customer sending us his bodywork for the bike and we refuse to cover the $15.00 cost. The customer was informed over the phone when he ordered the...

bodywork that any make or model earlier than the year 2000 cannot be guaranteed that it fits perfectly and the customer agreed to this. We were remaking the graphics for the customer free of charge because we believed it was the correct thing to do, we even went a step further and informed the customer that we were sending them NOT ONLY the side number plate that was incorrectly cut but the whole bike kit that - so we went out of our way to give the customer new graphics for the entire bike plus the one piece that did not originally fit perfectly.
As for blocking emails or calls, the customer must be sending emails to the wrong address or not even calling. We've spoken to him a few times over the phone and the customer has never had an issue with anything so I do not understand why he is making these claims when everything is going according to what we said over the phone. It is possible the customer is calling after hours, we are on the east coast and the customer lives in Iowa. I will try to get in contact with the customer by email and phone and see if he responds and update this claim.
