purchased her vehicle in July of 2014. She contacted our office on
8-24-15 after driving the car for a year with no problem with the

vehicle was purchased AS-IS, and she was never sited
for excessive tint, we scheduled her in for inspection and was
willing to peal off the tint here. [redacted] later canceled her
appointment and addressed her issue on her own.

were denied the opportunity to inspect the situation.
