Impulse Promotions

I purchased a gift certificate for spa sold by a rep from impulse promotions, though the rep was very nice I realized after the purchase that I wasn't aware of the terms and conditions of the packageI had to go back multiple times, I couldn't use all services at one visit and the massage that l
thought was full body was a hand and foot massageI immediately called the spa who referred me to the repI called the rep and she told me to call the number on the back of the certificate which was a number for impulse promotions and ask for ***I called them several times and they would tell me oh the person that handles returns is not in but I can take a message and she will get back with you, she never didWhen I finally called and got through to ***, she said she didn't handle returns that someone else did but they would never give a name but this person would give me a callThis has gone on for months now, the certificate had a month expiration date and now is only good for months no one has told me they will not do the return they just give me excuse after excuseI finally left bad feedback and got a rude reply from someone asking for my name and number, after giving it I received a call from a man named *** who told me I was suppose to call the rep who I called initially and she could do my return cause she had my card infoWell I did and she is no longer with the company and nicely told me she didn't know why they told me that she could help me and again the person named *** should've helped meThe rep was very nice I think she probably left because the business is obviously not honestI messaged the company again about *** advising me to contact an employee that is no longer with the company and again asked for someone to help me with my return and I have had no reply
