IMSE Rentals

Mr [redacted] had rented the skid steer with a hammer attachment on 3/9/came with his trailer to pickup but was not wide enough for the bucketit originally uses so we switched out and put the smaller bucket on it so it could fit on his trailerWe did have some hose issues on the hammer when he started to use it but we gladly sent our mechanic out fix the problems as quickly as possible, all problems with the hammer were solvedand was able to use it and the start of the job which was breaking up cement.We gave Mr [redacted] a couple extra days of use for the inconviencetill FridayMr [redacted] calls us on Thursday stating the bucket keeps falling off and he wanted all his money back because it was a piece of junk wehad rented himI asked him why he did not notify us sooner of the problem so we could take care of it and now a day later the rental would be due.I quickly suggested to switch out buckets to help him,but he insisted on money backHe finally agreed to take other bucket but before even using it said if this doesn't work I want all my money back, so about an hour later he say's the pin broke due to dryness as per his mechanic but the pictures he sent our mechanic don't look like they are dryI believe he was already convinced on getting his money back from the start of our conversation.I spoke with theowners of the company and they said that he should of come to us sooner and that we would not be able to give him a refundMr [redacted] right away threaten us with his attorney and that he was going make us look bad and that he had us recordedI believe the person being recorded needs to be notifiedto be recorded otherwise it is illegal to do that unless i'm wrong, but none the less this what intailedPlease let me know if you have any questions on thismatter
