IMT Southpark disputes the complaint filed by [redacted] It is our opinion that after communicating with the complainant regarding this matter (see response and details below), the matter has been resolved and can be closed without further action. Shortly after the below communication was sent...

to her on September 25,2017, we received a phone call from her father stating that he has reviewed this with his daughter and understands IMT Southpark is not responsible for the [redacted], and that the amount billed to her after move-out for damages exceeding normal wear and tear are her responsibility. Her complaint with the Revdex.com was filed prior to this date/discussion, so it is our opinion that the complaint has been satisfactorily resolved and can be closed. I do apologize that you are frustrated in your attempt to resolve your [redacted] issue and the debt owed to IMT Southpark. However, you must understand how the [redacted] process works and that IMT Southpark was never a beneficiary of that deposit bond. When you paid your [redacted] prior to your residency with [redacted]e Management, that bond applied only to your residency while [redacted]e owned/managed the property. When the property sold, the [redacted] bond does not transfer to the new owner (IMT Residential), which means that as of the date that IMT assumed ownership you did not have either the bond coverage or an additional deposit in place to cover potential damages or move-out costs should those exist at the time of your move-out. To help clarify this DOint, below is a screenshot directly. from the [redacted] website ([redacted] is the parent company of [redacted]) where it clearly states what happens when a property is sold and a resident has a [redacted] on account. At the time of the property sale, [redacted]e should have notified you in writing that your [redacted] bond would no longer be in effect. Whether they did notify you in writing or not is unknown to IMT ResidentIaL For your reference, here is the link to the [redacted] website where this and other information can be found: h[redacted]While you may disagree with the information that our (MT associates have been providing you, it is accurate information — there was no [redacted] bond that "transferred" to IMT Residential from [redacted]e or [redacted], and the balance owed to IMT Residential is accurate as communicated to you.If there was a way that we could assist you, we would without hesitation. However, the [redacted] agreement was between you, [redacted] and [redacted]e, and IMT has no authority in that relationship to force or determine action. My recommendation to you would be to contact [redacted]/[redacted] as was previously suggested. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be obtained by you after contacting [redacted]/[redacted] you have the opportunity to dispute the debt reflected on your credit bureau reports, at which time each will initiate an investigation Into your dispute. We will be contacted by the bureau(s), at which time we will provide a response based on the information available to us, and the bureau(s) will review and issue a decision on the debt and whether it is valid based on the information provided to them. Please also understand that this will be our final response regarding this matter, as there is no additional information or assistance we can provide that has not already been communicated to you. Emailing everyone you can get an address for at IMT Residential is not productive, as the people who are responsible for participating in situations such as this have responded and provided a response to your inquiry. So pkase do cease emailing — you now have Regional Manager [redacted] email as wetl as mine and there are no others within IMT who can or could assist you in this matter. We honestly do wish you the best of luck in resolving this matter with [redacted]. I know we have not been able to provide you with the solution or response you want, but there is nothing more that we can do to assist in this matter.                                    ... |                                         ...
