The issue is resolvedI received my $ back in full because they KNOW they were trying to scam, but their response is BULL***! It was NOT a custom pipe and I ordered exact pipe from another 3rd party and had pipe delivered to me in 7-business days! This joke of a place takes care of people they consider important and make others wait to do work when they fill is suits their on their scheduleIMZZ overall is a garbage place with overall garbage customer service, PERIODGood day

All of this customers claims are false, his mileage accusations are not accurate at all and are being blown out of proportion to accomidate his caseHe was told up front that custom modifications would need to be done for his bike to accept tbars and he stated that he left that in our handsHis bike had multiple test rides on it to make sure it was in proper order before delivering to the customer which he is well aware of but his odometer readings are and inaccurateWe did not receive any double payment or additional payments from this customer on this project and have no idea what he is trying to pull off but after all his complaints and claims it appears he is attempting to commit fraud with his credit company to cheat us out of our money for the completed workWe are not under any investigation of any kind and deal with very few complaints due to the fact we deal with thousands of customers per yearUnfortunately this customer cannot be satisfied no matter what we do or say he always moves onto another complaints and always wants to weigh heavy on the fact that he is a firefighter as if that makes him better than us or his claim more important than others and to attempt to sway the opinions of other consumers reading into this issue*** you are a man that puts your boots on the same way as me or any other man every morning when you wake up, you are no more special or important than me or anyone else in this world, so act like a man and a public servant whos salary is paid by taxes from the sweat of my brow and move on and enjoy your amazing custom motorcycle that we built for you, life is to short to spend it whining and complaining Get out on the highway and enjoy your first bike and hopefully it will change your negative attitude and outlook on life.Sorry we cannot resolve this matter but some people just cannot be helped

Mr*** picked up his motorcycle from our shop on 12/2/17. He dropped off his bike for an exhaust, 1K mile service and handlebarsHe did not have an appointment when he dropped off the bikeHe bought handlebars and a custom exhaust which were both special order parts that had to be paid
for up frontHe was made aware of this and told there are no returns on special order parts because they are ordered specifically for his bikeHe was not required to pay for any labor until the job was completedHe chose to pay for the entire invoice up frontThe exhaust had a lead time from the manufacturer of 6-weeksThe customer was told thisHe was not told the job would be month from the date he dropped it offWe have no control over this timeframe as we do not manufacture the part, we only sell and install it Any delays from the manufacturer are out of our control. We have never refused to let the customer see his motorcycleHe requested pictures of the work done on his bike and we sent them right away. The customer has his motorcycle and all work is complete

The customer ordered a edge performance unit from us and he was told the average turn around time is 2-days to receiveWe were notified by the manufacturer they had a technical recall on the item and they were not shipping any product while they rectified the issue, at this time they gave us a
estimated ship date and this was relayed in person to the customer as he had stopped by the shop the following week after the purchase to follow upThe customer decided to start taking the matter upon himself to contact other dealers and the manufacturer directly which they have a retail sales force and was getting different answers then what we had relayed to him so he contacted me with questions and concernsAt this time I let him know that what we had told him were facts directly from the internals of the manufacturer and that even what he was being told by their retail sales people was due to the fact they are commission based and would tell a consumer whatever they wanted to hear to make a potential sale, I told the customer that the product was back available and was shipping in the order that the sales had occured so he would be seeing his product asap from the manufacturer directThe customer came down to the shop after he had received his product, which had shipped directly to him from the manufacturer, which he can see the ship tag where it came from, which he is also claiming they stated they dont know who we are and dont have anything on order and wanted us to take back the special order for him because he had ordered it from someone else, but he had already received his order from usThis was a special order item that we ordered for him that we do not keep in stock and he was notified of that upon purchase thats why we require payment before orderingI apoligize that he is unhappy with the wait time but it is not our fault that he chose not to listen to what we told him and attempt to seek other irrelavant opinions on his orderHe has received his product in great working order and that is the end of itHe has already been by the shop and I expressed all these things to him in person

He never told me the unit was back ordered. When I went to his shop the second time I asked for my money back because I contacted edge and they told me it was back ordered and not going to be available til around mid april. They also stated it could be sooner or maybe later that was just an eta. I let him know I did not want to wait that long because that was going to be over a month away. He told me that he would have it to me with in a week. He disregard what I told him about the back order. And he also stated that he tried to contact me two times and since I did not answer my phone he placed the order. I am in the process of getting phone regards showing this is false. He has never once called me and the records will show the numerous times I have contacted him about this. He seems to get really mad when I tell him I contacted edge my self. He needs to just man up to his mistake and admit he screwed up and do what's right and return the product and give me my money back. Edge kindly sent me this letter witch is for me to take to court but I will share this with you. It states the date that it was out of stock and the date it was available and was up to date. This is not a high demand item do to the year it is made for. That's why edge stated that it only took a day or so to send them out. They were out of back ordered alot earlier then expected. If he placed the order when he stated I should have received it with in 3 business days of  March 16th. I still have not received my other item I ordered from him (probe) witch has never been out of stock. Also they have never tried to sell me the unit directly. I never even new I could buy it directly from them. I only found that out when I called to request this letter. He stated that he could sell it to me directly. Also [redacted] states that the orders were processed in the order they were placed from the back order. Then why when I went to anther company that I received the exact same product days before I received the product from [redacted]. His item has not been opened and can be returned to edge for a full refund.

All product we sell is brand new from the manufactures and we do not sell used or installed parts. Each package is packaged with care and inspected before shipping to the customers to ensure the utmost quality as was this customers parts. He received his items and never contacted us pertaining to...

any damage on his exhaust until a month and a half after receiving the parts. We told him that is was clear from the pictures he provided that he damaged the exhaust during installation of the product and that it was not our fault for the damage, but to show him good customer service we would recoat the exhaust for him at no charge if he sent back the two pieces that had marks on them . This customer has been nothing but rude and disrespectful to both myself and other sales staff when we did whatever possible to resolve the issue, but we will not issue refunds for goods damaged by customers period !! All his claims and accusations are completely false and will not be entertained or tolerated .

Hello,Hope this finds you well. I work as a firefighter and have been up north fighting the fires and have been unable to answer the email you sent out on my case.  I do not accept imzzelite’s response. [redacted] or someone from that shop put 1800 miles on my motorcycle. I don’t know about you but when I take a car in to get serviced or worked on, I don’t expect to see 1800 more miles on the vehicle. It’s unprofessional and terrible business. The ignition switch to the motorcycle was take out without my agreement or acknowledgment. He took the switch out and the handle bar lock without ever asking me. Imzzelite also took double payment for the work. I reported fraud to my credit card who then pulled the money back to their account since no work had been don’t on my motorcycle and hadn’t seen it since July 7th. Imzzelite they finished the work and replied to credit company and got the money back to which I had no idea because [redacted] told me I could only get bike if I paid cash. Got back from the fire to immediately get my motorcycle. I offered my cash payment without knowing he got the money credited back to his account a day or two before. [redacted] took my cash without hesitation. I do have my motorcycle back but I am very unhappy with this shop and it should have further investigation done and follow through with why there as so many complains and why the Bureau of Automotive Repair and other agencies are investigating this business HEAVILY. I have already contacted my credit card company and they were very unhappy as well that the business took the credit and cash. They called me today and said it will get handled since I have all proper documentation.[redacted]

The customer was told up front that this exhaust system was a new item that was not available yet and there was a 6-8 week wait time and it would have to be paid and pre-ordered, we have had experience with this customer before and he is a impatient immature child that likes to cry and complain and we made sure that he was well aware of the wait period before we ever took his order, there was never any intention of a scam or delay in his order and he is of the utmost importance to us just like all our other orders and customers. He continued his childish antics to the point we could no longer tolerate his behavior and had to terminate our business dealings with him, he was issued a full refund to his credit card that he had made his deposit on with us and was no longer owed one dollar from our facility. He was able to get the exhaust in 7-10 days because the 6 week waiting period for the new product was over and the manufacturer now had some exhaust in stock for his new 2017 application. We are the largest custom motorcycle parts and installation shop in southern California and have been in business over 2 decades, been on over 100 magazine covers, multiple TV shows and we strive to be the best and take the best care of our customers possible. The plain and simple truth is that you cannot make everyone happy, there is always going to be a complainer,whiner,crybaby from time to time and we don't need or want that for our business. I would never address a man or customer in the fashion and disrespect you have treated our wonderful staff here at Imzz Elite that was always here to serve you if you would have properly let them. You sir are garbage and it is you're loss that we will no longer do business with you. Good Day

We are not wrong and unfortunately this customer does not listen. We strive to be the best and provide the best customer service possible, and when selling products that are manufactured by vendors there are delays and issues that are out of our control. We are not wrong in this situation, and there are many false statements made by the customer including the comment that he received product from someone else prior to our shipment. When he came down to our facility asking for a refund he was holding our box in his hand that was drop shipped to him direct from the manufacturer from our order for him stating that he already had another one coming from another vendor but it had not arrived and he didnt want to get stuck with two units. I had notified the customer that the unit was off back order and would be shipping out in the order that they were placed he should be receiving his anytime, he chose not to listen and attempt to order another one from someone else. And yes the customer is right that I seemed upset when hes making phone calls about the parts, he ordered his parts from us, which we are the MVP master dealer for this territory in southern california. All information given to him by us is what we are told directly from the manufacturer, his paperwork with dates of back order and off back order dates are irrelevant due to the fact he was notified of the back order by us and notified when it was off and that units were shipping. You have two units now [redacted] due to your lack of patience and failure to listen, enjoy the unit we shipped you and sell the other one on ebay and call it a day
