I am rejecting this response because:After numerous calls to Vickey the week of March 26th, 2017 I asked her if I could speak to the manager. I stated that she never has any new information for me and that I was getting conflicting information about where my belonging where and why it had taken so much longer than the 2-10 business days they estimated. I wanted to deal with a manger and cut out the middle man since I was getting no where waiting for her to talk to Bobby. The majority of the time she would tell me that she would check on new information and call me back within the hour. Ninety percent of the time she wouldn't call me back until hours later or even days. SHe said she would have Bobby call me that day 3/30/17. On 3/31/17 Vickey said my stuff was still in Idaho. She apologized and said they would be compensating us. She stated she wouldn't talk to Bobby until late in the evening because, "he was on a job". She said they were over the delivery estimate and she would be frustrated too if she were me. She said she would call me first thing on 3/31/17 with delivery information. Bobby never called. I called in and out moving on 3/31 at least 3 times to find out why I hadn't heard from Bobby. I called again 4 times on 4/1/17. I called both Vickeys cell and the office. I called again on 4/2/17. I did not get a response from him until I emailed him and said I would call the police if I didn't get a call within 24 hours. As far as the "up to 31 days for delivery" I have NEVER been provided a copy of this contract. If I had known this in feb when I signed the estimate I would have taken my business else where!

When we sent this customer the quote it was based on the list of items she sent. In the body of the quote it states that if there is more weight than the quote she would be charged $0.20 more per pound than the estimated price per pound. She was told this from the start before she even booked with...
us. When we arrive at the house for the unload the customer signed the inventory sheet agreeing that everything that was on the inventory sheet was delivered. Nobody rushed her and made her sign anything without checking first. Because she signed the inventory agreeing that she received everything her insurance claim was denied.

We have already delivered this customer. We showed her where on the contract it states that it could take up to 30 days for delivery. She was okay with it and she paid her total and she received all of her items. Nobody told her that we would give her $50 a day. She got that off of a review she...
read. We got it delivered well under the 30 days and everything was delivered.

We told this customer that we are working on getting her stuff delivered. According to our contract it states that we have up until 31 days to do the delivery. We are trying not to wait the whole 31 days because everyday that it is in our possession it costs us money. Any time this customer has...
tried to get a hold of me I have been able to respond so I don't know why she is making that claim. I told her we will let her know as soon as we have a definitive date and we also have apologized for the wait.
