We had scheduled move date for May -31, and were given estimate based on items described over phone We were told someone would call prior to move date to confirm pickup time No call and no way to reach anyone as offices are closed Sunday and Monday was holiday Left voicemail and sent email which is supposedly monitored after hours No one ever replied After multiple calls on Tues 5/31, it became clear that they had not assigned "movers" to our job Customer service Mgr told us she would apply discount to cover inconvenience of late pickup as lease ended 5/and we would be charged one day's rent Thank God new tenant was not moving in or we would have been screwed! Move date was rescheduled to Jun 1st, I was promised dispatch would call before pm on 31st to confirm pickup time No call received as promised, called In and Out at 5:pm and told by Sales our contact was gone for day despite the fact they list business hours until 6pm Dispatcher finally called at pm to confirm movers would arrive at 1pm on 6/ Received call on 6/from driver stating he was coming from NJ and wouldn't arrive until late afternoon After arriving, estimated price of move doubled because we were over cubic ft estimate by ft and had to pay additional charges to ensure goods arrived in NC on 6/as stated on contract! We made repeated calls asking to speak to manager about additional charges and were given variety of names, none of which were available and none of the names given were for [redacted] , who is listed as President/owner on DoT and business license info Left messages with [redacted] and [redacted] complaining about service and never received call back I was repeatedly assured movers would be actual employees of In and Out- however the movers who arrived were syb contracted with no direct affiliation to In and Out ! So we had no way to negotiate the charges Our goods arrived in NC at 12:a.m6/ There was damage to some items, missing screws for table legs and ratchet strap that we provided Bottom line- I would NEVER RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY They are deceitful and unethical!

Do not get this company moving Aunt from Virginia Beach to Illinois on 6-29-2016 they came late truck was not big enough loaded that truck did not come back till 7-6-2016 to pickup rest of her stuff was to arrive in Illinois on july 29 still waiting as of 6of September 2016 keep calling them either no answer r its on the way .Need help shes 74 years old.
