On 2 December 2019 Blair B came to our store to purchase a cabinet order that was for his use or for a customer of his, he supplied all dimensional size cabinets to Angel in front office and signed off all paperwork for the purchase.
B*** came to our location previously with a drawing of what he wanted for this job, he seemed to not know how or what size cabinets to use so asked for our assistance. He then paid for the order signed all paperwork and came back to pick up products. some days later he stated he did not receive 2 cabinets and we stated all were signed off on exit and then he stated he was given the wrong size. We advised he=im to return as received and we could exchange he then revealed he had built it, our policy is clearly stated with his signature on the attachments, he has also since purchased additional cabinet materials.
On 9 March 2020 we received notification that B has requested a charge back of the "FULL" charged amount previously paid. He has resold the cabinets to a customer and installed them as they were received from our company "FLAT PACK" "UNBUILT". Again he has made a profit on our merchandise and disputed the charge, Additionally he has never come to our company with a just cause to request all monies for merchandise received in good faith. He has cheated our company and its associates, HE has made profit without paying so in sense he has "STOLEN" property from our company. We seek Full restitution and liquidated damages.$2991.92 PLUS ATTORNEY COSTS OF $750
