In and Out Valet

Review: on jan 17th 2014 I parked AT john cochran VA medical ctr with in & out valet. I went at 555 pm to pick up my car and was informed that they had lost my keys. my husband had an extra set and the car was brought to us. the valety left as they were closing and we got into the car and my sun visor was ripped off and laying on front seat. we called police who took report. I cintacted them a few days later because someone was suppossed to call me and never did. I was told that they would pay for keys and key ring but not the visor. my four keys were 1.50 each and my silver keyring was 35. for a total of 41.00. I gave them my informstion and was told a claim was filed and I would be getting a check. on March 1 I called and was told they would check on it. I have heard nothing. the supervisor lee has never called me and has never returned or answered my calls. I contacted the main office and they didnt know what I was talkinh about. they are prejudiced and unprofessional. and as I am a woman they are ignoring me. they need to be closed down and stopped from taking advantage of veteransDesired Settlement: 41.00 for keys and keyring nad 35 for visor
