Review: I am (1) of 10 winners "Movies on Demand Awards Season Sweepstakes" included (12) $5 cable cash codes I submitted (1) of the codes for redemption at [redacted] 4 months ago but never received the $5 credit from Indemand to my [redacted] account although the website says it takes 2-3 billing cycles I learned my satellite provider does not except the movie codes I requested alternative payment method as stated by Indemand.com but can not get a response from anyone at InDemand

Review: I ordered the total slaughter PPV live event scheduled July ** @8pm est. When I went to watch the live stream, the website was down, I called them and their phone # was busy. I could not watch the event I ordered.Desired Settlement: I want my $21.35 refunded to my debit card

Review: Indemand offered a free subscription to mlbtv with the purchase of mlb extra innings through my cable provider. After purchasing it there was no way to get my subscription so I called my cable provider which sent me to mlb.com which sent me to indemand, the issuers of the deal. After calling and leaving a message I received a call from a [redacted] (###-###-####). He told me that they had an issue rolling out the deal but that everything would be resolved by that following Friday. I asked if he was sure he said yes. That following Friday I still had the issue, I called [redacted] and no answer, so I left a message. I've called several times and have left several messages, and no reply. Its been 3 weeks. I need a resolution to this issueDesired Settlement: I want my account credited for the time I didn't have the service at the very least my services fixed. I had to purchase one month of mlbtv at 29.99 plus tax so I'd like to get that back too since I am supposed to have it for free.
