***, I was glad our team was able to work with you all day to help you clean your new home. Our team focused on the hardest work, wiping down the walls in entire rooms and where ever possible, in addition to all of the trim. Since we weren't able to clean all of the walls and trim as
you requested, where there was cracked or chipped paint, there is a chance that our team missed some. We stand by our work and are very glad to come back EXCEPT you notified the company over days later that things were missed. By that time, the entire home needs to be dusted/ cleaned again since we were there last. As I shared with you in email, your feedback is helpful for me to better communicate with future clients, what to expect when we set a flat rate and we do not perform a whole house cleaning but remain within a budget, as you requested and per our agreement. So much other cleaning was still needed and there were many basic things we didn't do, per your request (not cleaning kitchen counters, not cleaning the wood floors, etc.). We were there only to help you with the cleaning. We spent so many extra hours cleaning that were not paid for, as a matter of good service and pride in our work and where the flat rate benefited you- how we regularly conduct business. Truly, I will strive to avoid future communication issues in similar situations and hope this public correspondence will be helpful for clients in working with our company
