In/Ex Maintenance Services

Review: The floor In/Ex Maintenance Service, LLC installed in my home May 2013 has started to bucket. I called In/Ex Maintenance Service, LLC August 21, 2013, followed-up with several messages and a letter. [redacted] came to inspect the damage on October 2, 2013, he confirmed the damage and offered to repair it. He has not returned my calls, text messages and the company voicemail has been full for weeks. After the inspection [redacted] stated he does not know what happened to cause this damage and he does not know how to repair it. I have located a company that confirmed why this happened and what it will take to repair it.Desired Settlement: During the original job a powercord was taken from my home, once I demanded in writing it be replaced it was, that took several weeks. During the inspection of the damage area the original estimate was taken from my home by [redacted], in an effort to make it difficult for me to file a complaint or take legal action. Additionally, [redacted] said he did not know what he needed to do to repair the problem. I do not want this organization in my home, therefore I request of refund.
