Review: I hired Female First to prepare my taxes. They insisted that I pay in cash and provided a receipt without their business name on it.
They didnt fie my taxes and havent been reachable by phone.Desired Settlement: Full Refund for tax preparation services.

In Faith advice is a nonprofit outreach center. The complaint needs to be addressed with FEFI TAX 647 CLINTON AVENUE BRIDGEPORT CT AND MR.[redacted] IS NOT LISTED AS A CLIENT WITH FEMALE FIRST
Review: Ms. [redacted] did my 2012 federal tax return, she filed it with the IRS and put the wrong Bank account number, the wrong Bank routing number and my refund of $ 3,864.00 went to someone else's account. [redacted] is NOT my bank, they were unable to tell me who's account it (my refund)went too. My federal tax refund check is gone the IRS wasn't able to get (the money/refund) it back from the wrong bank. Ms. [redacted] has admitted to sending it to the wrong Bank and the wrong account. She has not offered to re-pay me the monies back $3,864.00. Please help me resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: Re-pay of my 2012 federal tax refund of $3,864.00
