Although it took days to complete the job, I believe Mike with [redacted] & Sons did everything he could do to restore our water line I appreciated the fact that I was told what the job would cost upfront I paid $more because of the extra digging under the foundation that was required plus the more intricate repair that was required I felt everyone involved from the company was professional in their tasks

Called Cody & Sons Plumbing mid-afternoon to make appointment for diagnosing a leak in the evaporator coil area, to determine repair or replace HVAC and if repair, if there any city code repairs to be made Expected an appointment within 1-days, but told technicians in the area and could arrive in minutes Jose and Jeff arrived quickly, confirmed names, put on booties and proceeded to mechanical room Jose quickly diagnosed that condensate drain line was clogged He and Jeff removed water from the emergency pan, blew out the line clogged line with compressed air, checked evaporator coil for leaks, checked amp draws and pressures to system and confirmed existing freon/pressure was sufficient for summer use Recommended easy procedures for proactively managing algae growth which was blocking the drain line Per request, inspected HVAC system for code and determined that sediment traps needed to be installed on HVAC and water heater These were installed Inspected entire system and confirmed that it was operating as expected and no replacement of any components was necessary or expected Jose and Jeff were very professional, congenial and knowledgeableand always careful to put on booties each time they entered the house My spouse, who asked many questions, and I were very pleased with their service and results Will definitely use Cody & Sons Plumbing, Heating & Air next time we have issues
THEY WERE ON TIME, PUT DOWN A DROP CLOTH WHERE THEY WERE WORKING, VACUUMED THE AREA AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED AND EMPTYTHE TRASH TO THE OUTSIDE CAN WHILE THEY WERE HERE THEY WERE VERY BUSY AND CHECKED OUT EVERY THING BEFORE THEY LEFT
First time customer....impressed all the way around! [redacted] kept me in the loop on his arrival plans from the the start...Devan was great as the Dispatcher agent with calls to update as promised Would definitely recommend them and will surely use them again personally
[redacted] and James of [redacted] & Sons Plumbing were very professional They completed the job and then reviewed the inserted timer with me and provided me with the instructions for future use I would rate both of them highly and I have kept their contact numbers for future use
[redacted] & Cody did some work at my house and they were both knowledgable and did very quick and quality work I got a few quotes from other Plumbing companies and Cody & Sons appeared to have a very fair price as well I will definitley use them again for any future plumbing needs
