There was initially a difficult situation, but the company was very gracious about it and understood the difficult spot I am in right now. I am very thankful they were so kind to me and understanding towards my mistaken understanding of the situation. A truly charitable company :)

Product quality does not match picture on website. Will not issue full refund.
Ordered Joanna Headband Communion Veil Item #30001 on March 11th. The veil was The veil was defective - had a wire sticking out near face. Additionally the veil looks nothing like picture on website. Website picture is not clear, no zoom. Website description says 'cluster of florals' - veil has plastic flowers glued on as well. Very cheap. Did not comment on inaccurate website description at time. New veil sent because of the wire issue.
2nd veil defective in several ways, however main issue is daughter can't wear because it was too tight. Both headbands are different sizes!
When I requested a return via email, I only indicated that it was too tight and did not go into further details at that time. When I learned that I would not be refunded full amount - company charges restocking fee and does not refund shipping nor pay for my return shipping, I then explained that this veil was less than acceptable as well.
Besides once again not resembling the image on their website, this veil has tulle coming off headband and a broken plastic leaf.
When I explained this to the Customer Service Rep ***, he said that they inspected this headband before sending it out and implied that I did something to it, which I did not. My daughter put it on for 2 minutes said it was too tight, and took it off. I also commented further about the inaccurate description, and shoddy Made in China quality.
I was told that if I spend the money to return it and they decide it is faulty, they will refund my money minus the shipping. I was also told that if it was found sellable, that they would return it to me and charge me for the shipping back!
I paid $32 dollars on Visa.
I now have two veils that are not at all what I expected to have purchased and am out the $32.00. I believe this company should acknowledge that this product has no quality control, take a better website picture, fix their description, and refund all money.
