I did my initial research on the internet to find a computer repair company and being new to the area, I found the IHCR website and was impressed that it had a really detailed approach to information and most all of my questions were answered before I picked up the phone to request an appointment. Rob came and he was very professional and still casual; so I felt at ease dealing with him from the start. He explained what he found and what he was doing to correct the situation. I asked many questions during his hour session and feel I have found a computer company that I can count-on for years to come.

Mr. S[redacted] showed up early and did his thing on my computer and it seems to now be working as it is supposed to. I am very satisfied with his work and the price he charged.

Rob showed on time and immediately start diagnosing problems with my 2 computers. He was able to fix the first computer in 10 minutes and moved on to the second one. During the course of conversation with Rob about an ongoing issue with an extender router he was able to fix it and had it working while fixing the computer. This extender was not working for the past year and he was the only person who was able to fix and load the extender to my tv. Wow, I'm glad that I was able to find him to come out on a weekend to work on my computers. Rob was the only person that would come to my house on a Sunday to work on my computers. I will be calling and using him in the future for all my computers need
