To Whom It May Concern: [redacted] signed a contract with In Home FurnitureIn the attached contract it states that, there is no grace periodMr [redacted] agreed to make his payment on time on his due date which he has failed to do so and failed to call In Home FurnitureTherefore In Home Furniture has tried to contact Mr [redacted] in regards to his paymentWe have expressed repeatedly to Mr [redacted] that he can always contact us before his due date if for any reason he is unable to make a payment we understand, Mr*** has a full time job but there is no excuse as to why he can't communicate with usWe appreciate Mr***'s business

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My message that I wrote before was not feedback. It was a complaint. The whole message that I wrote was not even acknowledged by you at all just like when I was there in the store with my family for over a hour. The reason why I did not go back to the store was because I did not want to waist any time talking in circles and I felt that talking with BBB would resolve this fast and effectively. Like I stated in the store your credibility is not very high. You di comment on the complaint that I wrote and you also have made a ridiculous lie stating that I could not assemble the table together. The table was assemble correctly and so were the chairs. I told you and showed you in the store that the chairs were not steady just like the ones at my house. You at the store said that the floor was not leveled there at your store and at my home. When your guy came over to my house to look at the chair and take pictures he told me that they are defected and that we were not the only people to complain about them. And to best that I actually have that written down by him because he's a mute. So please do not lie on here. And to finally get back the original complaint. Your sales associate lied to us about the table we were buying. He told us that we were buying a granite table and it is not. It is a marble like table top. He mislead us and for that I believe we deserve a refund. Once again I thought that this would be a quicker process then to be in the store. Hopefully it still can be resolved. Thanks for the feedbackWe pride ourselves on good serviceThe customer called into the store saying that they did not know how to put the chairs together so we sent one of our setup guys to the customers house for free to setup the table for themCustomer then came in later that night saying
that there were minor scratches on the table when they opened the box so we then came to a agreement with the customer that they just need to bring the table to the store and we would get them another new one and also deliver and set it up for them for free, The customer never came back after that day and we never heard from them again. We have been nothing but helpful to this customer providing free services to even bending our no refund policy to exchange it for another new oneWe have tried everything to accommodate the customer but never heard back from them after that night

I am rejecting this response because: Yes, I movedI was payingI never did say I was not going to payI am having hard timesThe call over times within an hour, *** gets *** and others to call When I don't answer they leave threatening messages in regards to getting bounty huntersThe furniture was used, they lied, was over priced, the matteres were used and had bed bugsHe doesn't want to address the real issuesYes, I am going to payI could not make the payment on October3, but he will get his money***, really piss me off with all the calling and then going on my facebook, very uprofessional

Thanks for the reply, As we had told you before there are no refunds everything is as is. Like you said in the last message when you stayed a hour after closing to help you, we agreed on replacing the table and chairs with another new one. We are still willing to honor that agreement if the table is not used or damaged other then the minor scratches it came with out of the box. We are sorry that you got the table in that condition. We are sorry that you got the table in that condition. We contacted ashley furniture and we are waiting for a response on why the table arrived like that in the box when you opened it.

There are no grace periods for our customers and customers are told that when they sign the contract

Mr.  [redacted]s,  has a open account with in home furniture, she have move from her previous home.  she move with my furniture and I can not find her. will return phone calls, promise to pay but she can honor her promise. trying to locate my property so I can...

pick it up. am being more than flexible with this customer,  but she don't want to pay or return the my property
she promise to pay on 10-3 by 5 pm, this was promise number *.....
