Review: I have sent in various emails requesting my mothers wheel chair, and not one response has been returned, when I tried calling and leaving voicemails ... still nothing, finally I got a hold of a women whom aswered the phone, her name I believe was [redacted], she was very rude and baligerant (becuase I asked her "may I please know who I'm speaking with" ) and she when off on the phone and told me that if I don't like her tone and how she dealt with cusomters on the phone.. then we can go and find another supplier... for our order. Wow... my mother aslo stated when she call a day after me about her order that her doctor requested for her wheel chair... that she got rude with her and hung up the phone on her. (we just want my mothers wheel chair order - put through and delivered, per the Doctors ([redacted] - in [redacted] VA) request.Desired Settlement: I would like the Delivery of my mothers wheel chair that's she's been waiting on and a Apoloy letter or phone call would also be nice.
