reasonable to talk to concerning the way we were taking care of [redacted]'s car.  Instead he chose to berate my techs and swear at me about our service.I bent over backwards to assist [redacted] and did more than I do for most, I let her pay almost half her bill at the time she picked up her car that had a current new york inspection sticker and gave her 2 weeks to pay the rest (which she has not paid nor made any contact with me concerning it.)I would be open to receive any suggestions on other ways I can reach out to rectify this complaint.Thank you,[redacted]
