For a business which offers In Home Service, there is no "customer service"A year ago we had dining room chairs "scotch guard" sprayedI called them this year and wanted more chairs sprayedThese chairs were a different fabric from the previous and are very expensive chairs and I did not want to take a risk with the fabric changing colourI asked them if I could test a small swath of fabric before-hand Instead of having one of their staff come to my house (or even asking me to meet them somewhere convenient) they wanted me to drive to their location...an hour away from my home to do the testingI eventually agreedI called to make arrangements to bring in the fabricI told them that I would attend their office at a time convenient for themI told them that I lived an hour away and that I would like to bring in the fabric (a very small swatch) have it sprayed, and then leaveI would call them back in a few days to let them know how it went and to book an appointment to spray the chairs if all went wellI was told that a manager would have to approve this very simple processI then got a call back and was told that "they were busy" and that I could attend but they would not guarantee that the fabric could be sprayed that dayI may have to leave the fabric with them and then return to get itWhat??? how long would it take to spray a piece of fabric that's about inches by inches?? They knew that I lived an hour away? I told the woman on the phone that I was very disappointed with their customer service and that I did not understand how they were so busy that they could not give me literally minutes of their time when I was travelling so farI told her that I would be going somewhere elseShe didn't seem to care at all and made no effort to keep my businessSo much for good customer service from a company with the word "service" in their nameIf you want good customer service from a company that cares about you and your business, go somewhere else

These chairs were a different fabric from the previous 2 and are very expensive chairs and I did not want to take a risk with the fabric changing colour. I asked them if I could test a small swath of fabric before-hand. Instead of having one of their staff come to my house (or even asking me to meet them somewhere convenient) they wanted me to drive to their location...an hour away from my home to do the testing. I told her that I would be going somewhere else. She didn't seem to care at all and made no effort to keep my business. So much for good customer service from a company with the word "service" in their name. If you want good customer service from a company that cares about you and your business, go somewhere else.
