our credit and criminal standards*** *** then requested *** *** pick up his keysHowever, we explained that we could not release the keys to someone that didnt qualify to live at our site and that he would be in violation of his lease if he allowed her to stay there** *** said she needed to live there to handle his affairs at which time we explained again that, we are sorry, she cannot live or stay on the premisesWe told him we understand his need, but we cant change our policies, its against fair housingWe also explained that he could get someone else that would qualify or we can refund his moneyHe asked for us to refund his money and we did within hours

I terminated my lease with Roosevelt Apartments on September 15, 2016 due to Post Brothers illegally billing me for electricity using a shared building meter - this dispute was only settled through the Revdex.com and that was...

the only way this company would contact me to resolve this issue. The company manager agreed that I would receive half of my last month's rent back for moving out mid-September, and also guaranteed that my security deposit would be returned and mailed directly to my new address. However, so far to date neither of these funds have been received. The apartment was cleared and cleaned before I left - Yvette has not replied to any emails regarding this payment even though during the last Revdex.com claim she promised that I would be reimbursed. [redacted] has a deposit in the amount of $1290, however, she had an outstanding balance in rent and electric in the mount of $1198.64. As you may recall, I allowed her out of her lease on 9/15/16. The agreement was that should would pay rent and utilities until she moved. Her last payment was 8/1/16 for her rent. She had not paid her utilities since 2/4/16 which caused her account to become delinquent. We have satisfied our end and re-issued another check in the amount of $115.06 to cover the credit she has from her deposit. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
