In-House Plumbing truly provided exceptional service from start to finish. We had a problem with one of our cast iron sewer lines and after research decided to go with In-House for the PVC re-route. We were planning to do only half the house. Chris came out for an initial estimate and within an hour of his visit (on a Friday evening) we received a VERY detailed proposal, with plans showing our options, cost explanations, and a 30 minute video from the owner Shawn outlining everything. The price and plans were favorable so we went with the full re-route. Now all our sewer pipes all the way out to the street connection are smooth PVC and should last our lifetimes without any major issues. The entire process took 7 full days (would've been 5 but there were complications with our particular yard and lines), the yard was a mess but (at least in our case) very minimal work was required in the house and no damage to the tile/wood floors or slab. All of the workers we interacted with were polite and helpful, especially Chris (excellent all around), Jackie (always eager to answer any questions, positive and knowledgeable) and Santos (stayed late to hook up a toilet for us). We were able to stay in our house the entire time the work was done. They kept us informed on progress, any changes and were always eager to answer any questions. They really went above and beyond! This was an expensive and stressful home repair to have to make but they put us at ease. I would recommend In-House Plumbing to my best friends and family. 11 out of 10 quality and service.

Office call was friendly but business like and to the point - appointment scheduled that suited me - call came the morning of the appointment to let me know that Chris was on his way. Chris was courteous, knowledgeable and explained step by step what he would be doing and when done, explained what needed to be done. Great service!!

Awesome experience from beginning to end. First of all thank you to the person who took my call, listened to me explain the issue I was having with my house (foundation cracked and heaved upwards under the guest bath flooring so I thought maybe a leak was the culprit) and provided all sorts of pricing information as requested. They set up an appointment for me on the same day with a plumber. Secondly, thank you to Rick (the plumber that came to the house to do a leak test). Both individuals were very courteous and professional. The price was exactly as quoted. Rick was very punctual, explained clearly the procedure he was going to do, did his work and was so kind and helpful. Thank you both for helping me today and making this experience a pleasant one. Now I know there are no plumbing leaks so my investigation continues but I am glad I now know about In-House Plumbing Company. I definitely recommend them!

Jay is an incredible hard working apprentice!! He never left a day without working crazy hard from the time he showed up til the time he left. He explained every little thing I asked him to with a smile. The only word to comes to mind is AMAZING about the job that was completed ( new sewer line replaced). We recently had our cast iron sewer line replaced. I found In-house Plumbing through their many positive online reviews and Revdex.com. I have worked with several plumbers in the area both personally and professionally over the years. My experience with In-House has been the best so far. We plan to use them for all our future plumbing needs and I've even started recommending them professionally. Their pricing is very reasonable in the industry. Chris came out to survey the situation and promptly provided us with a detailed diagram and explanation of the plan for the most economical tunneling/repair option. That was very impressive! They made sure we had use of the water necessities each evening so we didn't have to be out of our house overnight. They kept all of their promises and all of the employees from the office staff, excavation team and the plumbers were great to work with. They did a beautiful, very skilled and thorough job replacing our sewer lines! We are so very thankful to them for everything and providing such a great customer experience.

This company is honest and exceptional. From the owner, ***, to the plumbers, *** and *** that worked on my house, the experience I had was outstanding. They helped me fix some major issues created by a previous company. They were very quick and polite and helpful. Best plumbing company around in the DFW area. Wish I would have known about this company years ago when I used another company that led to lots of issues that In House Plumbing came and fixed. So happy to have all our bathrooms working again.
