In Look

In June of 2013 I purchased a dress from a store called In Look in the mall in Medicine Hat, Alberta. I returned the dress to the store and was given an in-store credit of $73.45. I was told that the credit would not expire and that it could be used at the store in Medicine Hat or Swift Current, which are the two closest locations to Saskatoon, where I currently live. I called the store in Swift Current about a week ago to make sure that I could use the credit at that location since I was going to be in Swift Current in a few days. When I called they told me that the Medicine Hat store location had closed and that my credit information had not been transferred to their store so they could not find or access my in-store credit information in the system. I still have the receipt for my credit. I also spoke to someone who worked at In Look in Swift Current, who said that both the store in Swift Current and Medicine Hat were owned by the same person, but they would not provide me with the owners name.
