I bought a scale from these guys. They did not have any signs saying they did not take returns. The scale never worked, so I took it back. The guy said I would have to come back when the boss was in. When I went back they had put up a sign saying no returns.
He took over 2 weeks to return. My cousin told him to come back when I was here, I told him I could not take a scale back after 3 weeks. Besides, he had already used the scale. That is the policy.
I had a lottery ticket and a beer. The beer cost $1.40. The guy cashed my $5.00 lottery ticket. He used the money from the lottery ticket to pay for the beer, even though I paid out of my pocket for the beer. He said I did not pay him for the beer out of my pocket but I did. He then told me to leave his store and he banned.
If the customer can prove with receipts that he paid for the beer twice, I will refund the $1.40.
