I placed an order at this restaurant for 10 spicy honey mustard Fried hard. I place this phone call at 1:58 arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes later too pick up my order. I got back too my vehicle checked the order and saw that the food was uncooked. I contacted the business off my cell phone and tried too explain too the employee Shya that the food was uncooked. She gave me a real bad attitude very disrespectful cursed me out and told me that I will not be refunded back my money she doesn't care that the food wasn't cooked because she knows the manager isn't going too correct the issue. Shya (the employee) called Dumas the (manager) he sounded as if he was frustrated he didn't wanna hear anything Shya nor I had too say. He doesn't care what I'm saying he isn't cooking any food over and if I have a problem called the cops. The cops however did showed up saw that the food wasn't cook. He refused too correct my order and he refused too give me a refund. Which I didn't want a refund I wanted my food corrected

The *** family has been a customer of ours for several years. One of the family's cousins currently works for me as a cook. The *** family prefers their chicken wings to be fried extra hard. They want us to cook the wings for 30 minutes. We do not do this for any other customer and have only given them special treatment because they have been a long time customer. Recently while I was taking a day off of work (I am the business owner) ***-*** demanded my cooks to make her food over again. We do not remake food for anyone. There are signs everywhere that say no refunds or exchanges. Because we gave them special treatment, they try to take advantage of it to get free things. ***-*** called the police on us. The police was on our side and kicked ***-*** out of the establishment. I also told her we will not serve her again.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The statement the manager made is FALSE!!! The police was not on his said the police Ms. Evans & Mr. G gave me they contact information Incase I needed them too speak on my behalf the only reason the police were called was because the manager told me too call them laughing knowing the police couldn't do anything about the matter. However the police was the ones that told me I could contact the Revdex.com also DHEC and which I did. I'm meeting with DHEC sometime this week about this company. In & Out needs too be invested because even they review on the YELP page is HORRIBLE! I do not ask for any special treatment however I would LOVE my food cooked. Serving raw cooked food should be against the law. He runs a ratchet environment. And when speaking with the manager he thought the matter was hilarious. I showed one of his employees the food she also agreed with me that the food was not cooked!!! However I did listen too the North Charleston police department and got a legal defense lawyer I'm on behalf because I will be taking this issue as far as I can.
