As per our conversation this morning the following information has been taken care of.For [redacted] the mirror in question has been repaired/secured. As for the fence we have not received any notification form [redacted] that the fence needs repairs, further more she did not inform...

I am rejecting this response because: window screens need to be replaced every since the hail storm here in san Antonio a couple of months ago. the whole fence need to be repaired and the doors on the laundry room need to be replaced and I first reported them to [redacted] because they have fallen and actually hit me on the head which was three years ago and they still have not gotten to them. THEY NEED TO REMOVE THE WATER SOFTENER THAT HASNT WORKED SINCE I HAVE BEEN IN THE HOUSE. IT IS A HAZARD AS IT STILL HAS SALT IN IT AND THE SALT SPILLED OVER BEFORE.
