Review: 2/7/15 paid for "The Works" carwash. Went through the carwash. When I went home to complete the drying off of my car, my passenger side mirror casing was gone. Went back to the car wash and spoke with attendant. He went into the "car wash" and came back with my cracked side mirror cover. When I asked him what they could do about it, he repeated this never happens and that the cover must have been loose. When I commented back that they were not willing to do anything about, he told me I was being stand offish. He was rude. I will never go there again. I proceeded to go home and attach the cracked cover and it is not loose.Desired Settlement: I would like them to at least offer to refund my $12 car wash. Prefer to have them offer to replace the side mirror cover.
